Renames

Hey Andy,

When you move/rename a Trail page, I need to update the name of the map marker in the DB so they still match; they're linked through the name only. So give me a shout when you rename one. (I saw the K2/Dockton one.)

Also, FYI, I suspect not everyone has email notification for edits turned on, so talk page notes may not reach people.
